Product Overview
Custom furniture metal brackets are essential structural and decorative components used in furniture manufacturing to reinforce joints, connect panels, support shelves and attach hardware. DonMo Hardware produces a wide range of custom metal brackets including L-shaped brackets, T-shaped brackets, corner brackets, angle brackets, shelf brackets and custom-designed brackets for specific furniture applications.
We manufacture brackets using sheet metal stamping, CNC press brake bending and welding processes, working with materials from 0.5mm to 6mm thickness. Our standard materials include cold-rolled steel (SPCC / Q235), stainless steel (SS201 / SS304) and zinc alloy (Zamak #3 / #5). Finishes include powder coating, electroplating (zinc, nickel, chrome), brushing, polishing and anodizing.
We accept OEM and ODM orders from furniture manufacturers, cabinet makers, shelf system companies and hardware distributors worldwide. Send us your drawings (DWG / PDF / STEP), sample photos or physical samples, and our engineering team will provide a DFM review and competitive quote within 24 hours.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I only have a sample part, no drawings. Can you still produce it?
A: Yes. If you have a physical sample, we can reverse-engineer it by measuring all dimensions with calipers and CMM, then create 2D and 3D drawings for your confirmation before production. Simply send us the sample by courier (we can cover the courier cost for qualified projects).
Q: Do I need to pay for tooling? How much does it cost?
A: Tooling cost depends on the complexity of the part and the type of process. For CNC bending parts (no stamping die), there is no tooling cost — only a small setup fee. For stamping parts, a progressive or single-station die is required, typically ranging from USD 300 to USD 3,000 depending on size and complexity. For high-volume orders, we may offer tooling cost reimbursement after reaching an agreed volume threshold. We will always provide a clear tooling quote before you commit.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity for custom brackets?
A: For prototype and sample orders, we can produce as few as 1–5 pieces using laser cutting and bending. For production bending parts (no tooling), the MOQ is typically 100 pieces. For stamping parts (with dedicated tooling), the MOQ is usually 1,000 pieces to justify the tooling investment. We are flexible and will work with you to find the most cost-effective solution for your volume.
Q: Can you match a specific powder coat color?
A: Yes. We can match any RAL color code for powder coating, and we can also match Pantone colors or provide a custom color based on your sample. Common furniture colors include black (RAL 9005), white (RAL 9016), gray (RAL 7035), and various wood-tone textured finishes. We can provide color samples for your approval before mass production.
Q: Can you provide custom packaging with our brand logo?
A: Yes. We offer custom packaging options including printed cartons with your logo and part numbers, individual polybags with barcode labels, blister packs for retail, and palletized shipping with custom packing lists. Simply provide your packaging artwork and specifications, and we will produce a packaging sample for approval before mass production.
Q: What quality control measures do you have?
A: We implement a comprehensive quality control process: (1) Incoming material inspection with material certificates verification; (2) First-article inspection on every production run with full dimensional report; (3) In-process inspection at each manufacturing stage (stamping, bending, welding, finishing); (4) Final batch inspection with AQL sampling before packing; (5) Certificate of Conformity and Material Test Report provided with every shipment. For critical parts, we can arrange third-party inspection by SGS, BV or Intertek at your request.
